Vajrasattva Empowerment Weekend

Everyone is welcome to this very special event.

What is an empowerment?

An empowerment is a blessing ritual and guided meditation through which we make a deep connection with a Buddha and create the cause to actualize that Buddha’s enlightened state. The empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva will enable us to commune directly with Vajrasattva’s mind and to receive purification through his blessings. This powerful experience gives us a taste of the inner freedom and peace experienced by an enlightened mind. This allows us to see what is possible and naturally empowers us to want to use our life fully in the service of actualizing our full potential.

Why do we need a pure mind?

When our mind is pure, our experiences are pure and we are happy. When our mind is impure, we experience our world in a negative way and then naturally create more problems both for ourself and others.
Buddha explained that our experience of happiness and joy are the result of our pure actions or good karma. Suffering and difficulty are the result of impure actions or bad karma. Out of his compassion for all living beings who wish to be happy all the time, Buddha revealed the profound practice for purifying negative karma through the practice of Buddha Vajrasattva.
