Meditation has countless benefits, such as improving our physical health, reducing stress in our life and improving relationships. By practicing meditation, you can improve the quality of your life and gain experiences of inner peace. This class is designed to help you learn how to meditate or improve your meditation practice. Meditations will be guided and there will be an opportunity to engage in Q & A.

About the Teacher

Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Travis Fisher

Travis Fisher has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. He met the teachings in Virginia and then began to deepen his practice by studying on Foundation Program in 2010. After moving to New Mexico, he began the Teacher Training Program at Kadampa Meditation Center New Mexico in 2015. Travis teaches with genuine warmth and clarity and shares Buddha's advice in a very clear and practical way.
