Meditation has countless benefits, such as improving our physical health, reducing stress in our life and improving relationships. By practicing meditation, you can improve the quality of your life and gain experiences of inner peace. This class is designed to help you learn how to meditate or improve your meditation practice. Meditations will be guided and there will be an opportunity to engage in Q & A.
