In this three session retreat, we will learn the difference between love and attachment and engage in a sequence of meditations on affectionate love, cherishing love and wishing love. By familiarizing yourself with love in meditation, it becomes easier to maintain warm and friendly feelings towards others in daily life.
This retreat is perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike. Lunch is included in this day retreat.
