With Buddhist Teachers Will McMullen & Donna McMullen
We all want our lives to be happy, healthy, and meaningful. Yet, it can seem like our days are filled with endless activities and responsibilities and leave no time for taking care of ourselves. If we really want to be a happier, healthier person, we need to prioritize developing healthy, happy habits. Through the practice of meditation, we can learn to engage in our daily activities with a special view or intention that will naturally promote good health, a peaceful mind and will make our life very meaningful.

Break: 11:00 – 11:30am
Session 2: 11:30am – 12:30pm
About the Teachers
Will McMullen has been practicing and studying Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in the New Kadampa Tradition. Will shows a beautiful example of someone sincerely putting Buddha’s teachings into practice in daily life in a steady, joyful manner. His practice of compassion and wisdom integrated with work and family life is a clear example of how profound these teachings are when taken to heart and put into practice. Will is currently on the Teacher Training Program at KMC NM.
Donna McMullen found these teachings of the New Kadampa Tradition over fifteen years ago. Over the years, she has volunteered at KMC NM in many ways. Through her involvement in the study programs and her love, practice and sharing of the teachings, she has helped many others find inner peace and practical ways of transforming daily life into a spiritual path. In addition to raising a family of three, Donna also currently helps with teaching the Children’s Classes at the center.
