Learn to Meditate

Our natural state of mind is peaceful, calm and clear, but we often don’t experience that. Through the practice of meditation, we can learn to make the mind calm and clear and from that space, we can experience our world, our relationships, our work and so forth in a more peaceful, calm and meaningful way. Everyone is welcome to this class where you will learn basic meditation methods that you can use anywhere.

About the Teacher

Jane McLaughlin has been practicing in the New Kadampa Tradition since 2015, meeting these teachings in California. She has shared these teachings for almost a decade. Her joy in Buddha’s teachings, the Dharma, is evident and she shows a good example of putting these practical instructions into practice in her daily life. Jane is currently on the Teacher Training Program.
