Meditation is the method to make our mind calm and peaceful and it is the main cause of inner peace, the source of happiness. Despite these benefits of meditation, we may find ourself lacking energy to meditate or engage in other activities that are beneficial for ourselves and others.
In this series, we will learn about a part of our mind that gives us this energy, helps us to maintain it and ultimately assists us in completing all our most profound, virtuous wishes. In this way, we naturally begin to bring joy, like a child at play, to all the actions that lead us to temporary and finally lasting happiness.
