Explore the power of breathing meditation. Through learning and practicing simple yet profound breathing meditations, we can experience a sense of inner peace and calm that will help us deal with daily difficulties and improve physical health. When our mind is calm and peaceful, we will have the spaciousness and clarity to allow all other positive states of mind to arise. Use the power of the breath to let go of irritation, anxiety and worry. This series is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
